The Edvard Grieg Society of America, Inc. was officially formed on April 2, 2015. It was created as a response to participants’ requests from the Grieg Festival 2015, to continue promoting the knowledge and visibility of Edvard Grieg and his music. In addition to arranging concerts, symposia, workshops, masterclasses, and competitions, it assists individuals and groups in forming regional Grieg societies.
